Concrete Examples of Career Elevation
The cases below are concrete executive development clients with whom I worked over the last three years. For reasons of confidentiality, their names and pictures have been changed. The story remains.
- When we started our program, Ramona felt burnt out. She was so exhausted she was even considering early retirement. When we investigated the root cause of her exhaustion, we discovered a major misfit between her agenda and team capabilities. We investigated what needed to happen for Ramona to develop more sustainable team capabilities and she reached the conclusion that it could help if she grew into the C-Suite and brought two teams underneath her. We started preparing the case for her potential C-Suite role. After two months, she presented the case to her CEO. Five months into our program, Ramona joined the C-Suite. “Thanks to this move, I can now pay off my mortgage five years earlier. I can finally enjoy my life so much more,” she said.
- On paper, Elena checked all the boxes for belonging into the C-Suite. She was in charge of her company’s strategic transformation programs and she was answering directly to the CEO. And yet, her role was C-1. This meant that she was earning less, but also that C-Suite level stakeholders would not take her seriously and push back on her ideas. How could we get her unstuck? We assessed the strategic needs of her company and we crafted a plan to bring together AI, technology, and transformation in one role under her roof. Elena mapped her stakeholders and heard their thoughts. Then, she presented her case. Nine months after our program started, at the beginning of the next fiscal year, Elena joined her company’s C-Suite as the new Chief AI, Technology and Transformation Officer.
- Aga was in charge of a team of 100+ salespeople when she realized that her impact in her company would always be limited because of misunderstandings with her CEO. So, she decided to leave. She updated her LinkedIn profile and started featuring more sales, strategy, and leadership posts filled with relevant keywords for her next role. This got her on the radar of leading executive search companies on the market. One of these approached her with a new CEO role. We worked together on shifting her mindset from a narrowly-focused C-Suite level executive to a broadly-focused strategic CEO. In January, Aga was appointed the CEO of the largest competitor of her previous organization.
- When she got appointed the CEO of her organization for Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, Marie thought she had won the lottery. After all, these three markets were a powerhouse in her organization. Little did Marie know, that for a Black Muslim woman from Morocco, leading her company’s transformation could become a hornet’s nest. “Nothing is moving, they are not taking me seriously,” she shared when we met. We started working on unconscious bias and her cultural adaptation to the specific environments of Central Eastern Europe. We focused on her need to communicate better internally and to drive more psychological safety in all subsidiaries. With weekly video streams, Marie managed to convince people that the changes she stood for made sense. When she left Prague for a regional leadership role, she was transformed. “Who would have guessed? I came here to transform the company, and they transform me instead.”

When does the program start?
The next cohort of The Elevator® starts on July 1, 2025.
Can I join the program after July 1st, 2025, as well?
Yes, you can. Given that The Elevator® is a tailor-made program, you can join anytime you so choose. However, we highly recommend enrolling by July 1, or by January 1 of the next year so you can receive the best targeted support and be ready for the key moments when companies make most staff hiring and promotion decisions.
How much exactly does the program cost?
The Elevator® is priced to reflect Cristina’s 15+ years of experience supporting senior women leaders to grow in their careers, the level of seniority of our clients, and the expected return on investment following your career promotion. The price starts at 10,000 EUR for the most fundamental basic version of the program and it can grow beyond 50,000 EUR when you choose to add extra services such as 360° assessment, emotional intelligence profiling, extra sessions, and more. You will receive your detailed price, ROI, and payment options during the direct proposal presentation call with Cristina so you can make an informed decision.
Can my company sponsor my development?
Absolutely – in fact, over 90% of my clients are company-sponsored. Feel free to take this page to your leader and HR business partner and clarify their potential to invest in your career acceleration before the end of this year.

How exactly does the program unfold once I join?
After our 30-minute onboarding call we will schedule your strategy call. After this session you receive your tailor-made development plan that you need to approve. Once we have it, we can schedule your 1-1 calls that will take place 2x-3x / month. After using your 12 sessions we will wrap up the program with a next steps call preparing you for your “life in the wild” after our program.
How much time do I need to allocate to the program per week / per month?
During the first month, expect to spend a minimum of 3.5 hours on onboarding, the strategy session, and the first executive development session. Afterwards, our direct interactions will be limited to 2–3 hours / month depending on your degree of intensity and specific needs. On top of this, a minimum of 1.5 hours / month is recommended for you to engage in self-reflection, homework, and concrete action taking that will advance your career. There is no upper limit to the time you choose to invest in your self-reflection and follow-up exercises: in general, the more time you invest in yourself, the faster you reach your objectives.
Will I interact with my peers as well during the program?
The Elevator® is a top-of-the-shelf individual career acceleration and executive development program. Therefore, for the majority of time during the program you will interact exclusively with Cristina, your coach. However, you will also receive invitations to VIP events and Q&As for the Elevator® clients and alumnae. During these encounters you will have a chance to interact with your peers and leverage the power of community for your utmost benefit.
Is the program online or in-person?
The Elevator® takes place exclusively online. This way we can record our sessions, take AI-generated notes, and derive a maximum of value from our work together. Equally, this is how Cristina can serve a variety of clients from all over the world. Our sessions take place exclusively on Zoom, so you will need to have this app installed on your device (ideally a personal notebook).
NOTE: We will not use Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or a different online meeting platform during our work together because the program settings are closely knitted into using Zoom as the core program app. Please bear this in mind when joining our live online sessions.
What happens if I can’t make a session?
During the program you can postpone up to 4 times without repercussions. Postponements must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to the session taking place; in the opposite case, the session is considered used and is written off. Equally, if you need to postpone more than 4 times, further requests for postponement will be considered written off sessions that will be deducted from your overall plan. This is why we recommend you to prioritize this program and to schedule our sessions during a time when you can expect least interruptions.
Does the program guarantee that I will get a new job?
No. Getting a new job is a matter of your dedicated commitment to crafting and pursuing your new role and of your specific company / industry / market circumstances. These are factors Cristina cannot influence, which is why we cannot take responsibility and guarantee you your next promotion.
Do you work with headhunters as well?
Yes. We collaborate extensively with executive search agencies across Europe. Our collaboration consists of an exchange of information and specific market intelligence, and of direct client referrals for new roles as requested by the executive search agencies.
