JOIN US THIS OCTOBER

  • How will I know I have succeeded in becoming a better storyteller at the end of this course?

    Great question. You’ll complete an evaluation at the start and end of the course to track your progress. This evaluation will give you an excellent idea on your progress and also on the areas you need to continue improving after our course.

  • What if I am busy in October?

    For senior women leaders, October is one of the busiest months of the year. It’s the same for Cristina, which is why we created this course to be truly sustainable. On the one hand, you’ll have access to on-demand course materials that you can watch on your own timeline, and on the other hand we provide two live call options: at lunchtime (12.00 to 13.30 CEST) and at dinnertime (18.00 to 19.30 CEST). This gives flexibility to women who either can’t take time away from family to join us in the evening, or can’t join us during the day because of work-related responsibilities.

  • How much time per day or per week will this take?

    Expect to spend between 30 minutes and 3 hours per week. You will spend this time watching the on-demand video lessons, conducting your assignments to build your storytelling muscle, and joining our live strategy calls and Q&A if you so choose. In total, the course should not take more than 15 hours of your time over the period of one month.

  • What platform will be used for the online calls?

    Zoom — exclusively. I encourage you to have the application installed on a desktop, as joining from a mobile phone will decrease your learning experience.

  • Will I need to be on camera for the live calls?

    Yes — we encourage it for full engagement.

  • Will the calls be recorded?

    Yes – and you will gain perpetual access to all session recordings during the course.

  • How discreet and psychologically safe is this course?

    Psychological safety is my utmost priority in all people development activities. I want to make sure you are safe and that your privacy is fully protected. To do that, I encourage you to disclose publicly only the information you feel comfortable sharing. We can have subsequent 1:1 conversations that can deepen your sharing and protect your privacy at the same time.

  • Will this course turn into a sales pitch?

    Yes — and no. I want you to be informed about the other services in my portfolio – particularly the executive development programs for women leaders I conduct regularly. At the same time, I want this course to be a well-rounded, stand-alone, no pressure, no-stress environment, so I promise to treat your time and mental space with utmost respect.

  • What happens after the course ends? Is there a next step, or is this truly stand-alone?

    After the course ends, you receive lifetime access to the course materials. You can always revert back to Cristina and discuss how you can deepen your storytelling mastery through 1:1 conversations and training sessions. The options are limited only by our imagination 😊.
