Learning has always been my favorite addiction.

Learning got me out of poverty and into becoming a global entrepreneur, company founder and CEO, and community leader. This is why today I am both a passionate learner myself and a dedicated driver of other people, teams, and organizations’ positive learning experiences.

I believe that we cannot face the challenges of today and tomorrow without opening our minds, becoming lifelong learners, and finding purpose in passing our knowledge and skills onto future generations.

Last but not least, based on more than 14 years of experience serving corporate clients, I know that companies that prioritize people and skill development will rule the world. Not only do they have more access to diversity and innovation, but they also build fiercely loyal employees who stay with the company longer, contributing to the elevation of communities and society as a whole. To me, this is putting the S – social – into ESG, a massively relevant mission for each company in the light of our fast AI-powered technological growth.

    It depends on the project. I deliver most one-on-one executive coaching and mentoring programs for women CEOs personally, and I team up with reputable colleagues and professionals when we need to deploy more complex team and organization development programs.

  • How expensive are your services?

    My services are a reflection of over 14 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies in Europe, my comprehensive professional education, and my obsessive focus on quality and effective impact. This will be reflected in the price of the service packages. However, there is always room for negotiation and alignment when you are serious about your people, executive team, and organization development.

  • What methods do you use in team and organization development?

    I am a multiply certified and accredited coach, consultant, and trainer of the Enneagram, the most complex and effective system for people development on the market right now. I am also a certified systemic team coach (Prof. Peter Hawkins). Besides concrete communication skill development, the Enneagram and systemic intelligence will be the two major legs upon which the majority of my development offers stand.
