SAVE YOUR SEAT!What if I pay for the workshop but I can’t make it that day?
I provide a service delivery guarantee. In case you can’t make it the day of the workshop, you have two options: to pass your seat to a colleague or redeem a 30-minute individual executive coaching / mentoring session with Cristina. The workshop as such is not refundable.
How much time will the workshop take?
The in-person workshop is designed as a full one-day experience. We start on the hour at 9.00, and we finish the official part by 17.00. You are welcome to stay longer for informal networking. During the day, we will take three breaks – two coffee breaks and one lunch break.
How discreet and psychologically safe is this workshop?
Psychological safety is my utmost priority in all people development activities. I want to make sure you are safe and that your privacy is fully protected. To do that, I encourage you to disclose publicly only the information you feel comfortable sharing. We can have subsequent 1:1 conversations that can deepen your sharing and protect your privacy at the same time.
What will my detailed personal strategy and action plan look like at the end of the workshop?
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with an action plan that includes: your personal and work-related purpose, your key stakeholders, a detailed example of a stakeholder engagement strategy, a clear message that will differentiate you on the market, an overview of your top 5 favorite communication channels that you should use to boost your executive brand, and a minimum of three action steps you will take in the second half of this year to future-proof your income and career.
